The current retail banking sector is very dynamic and competitive. In the past, many banks involved in attached much importance to establishing how quality of service influences satisfaction their customers. Therefore, this paper seeks contribute existing knowledge on role played by rendered customers towards general feeling with provider. study's findings would assist understanding offered impact gratification. A survey randomly selected Vietinbank, Vietnam, was carried out. research found a direct correlation between customer quality. study provides deep comprehension managers marketing professionals main drivers for developing retaining satisfaction.
